What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM with keypad self entry, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early arrival or a late departure is often possible outside peak weekends — call +1 270-648-7014 and we will do our best.
How is pricing calculated?
Your total is the nightly rate times your nights, plus a one-time cleaning fee and a 10% service fee. Each property page has a calculator so you can see the full total before you reserve — no hidden charges.
Are the homes suitable for events or large groups?
Several of our estates sleep 10–12 guests and welcome family reunions and retreat groups. Gatherings beyond the listed guest count need a quick conversation with our team first.
Do you allow pets?
Select homes are pet-friendly, noted in their amenity list. A modest pet fee applies and we ask that pets stay off the furniture — the welcome guide in each home covers the nearest parks and vets.
How do I reserve?
Choose your home, check the price with the calculator, then send a reservation request from the property page or email info@eliteretreatrentals.site. We confirm availability personally — usually within a few hours.
